ST. PAUL — Pipestone Area Schools’ graduate Naomi Wallace recently wrapped up her first-ever indoor track and field season. And the University of Northwestern freshman was richly rewarded for it. Wallace was named an all-Upper Midwest Athletic Conference selection based on her performances in the 4x200-meter relay and high jump. The meet was conducted at the Dr. Lydia C. Thering Fieldhouse on the University of Wisconsin-Superior campus. The Eagles 4x200-meter foursome of Alvine Njounang, Emery Maki, Deanna Ammermann and Wallace raced to a first-place finish in 1:53.03. What’s more, Wallace was second in the high jump, marking at 1.47 meters....
