It appears we are missing a step that maps on to financial wellness.
I’m proposing to add in Step 11. DOCUMENT (Financial dimension)
Track the areas of your life that you want to change. This may take the form of a journal for your thoughts, a financial budget, a weight log, food diary, etc. Embrace the adage “What gets measured gets managed.”
