Introduction
Week #14, the end is near
Today’s Topic: Self-Awareness
The home exercise I gave last week was to listen to Gary Vaynerchuk’s #AskGaryVee podcast, where he recently released a chapter of his most recent audiobook about Self-Awareness. Since this is a difficult topic to conceptualize and give advice on, I used his chapter and questions he is asked about self-awareness as the springboard for our discussion today. If you didn’t get the chance to listen, it’s a good idea to check it out before listening to this episode, but not necessary.

Need a supportive environment with trusting people.
Four factors that impact self-awareness:
* trouble with monitoring self
* memory issues
* trouble with reasoning (insight)
* issues with coping
