What to do after a test, and then we talked about chapter 1 from the textbook.

Today I covered a new Powerpoint (called "Adaptive Habits") about having good habits in college and then I explained the new assignments for Chapter 1. We will start the textbook Thursday and there are three assignments for each chapter: a Chapter Quiz, an InfoAction! and a Five Questions assignment. The recording didn't work today, so I have included a recording from last year of me explaining the new assignments.

Then we had a test. If you missed it, contact me ASAP about when you will make it up.

Welcome to the first day of classes at Tallahassee State College!

I will post the audio from our meetings here in case you have to miss class. I will try to record my class lectures and post them here, but sometimes the technology does not work well and sometimes I do not work well, so don't rely on these recordings as a substitute for coming to class and taking notes.

Today I welcomed students to the new term and tried to give a fair introduction to what this course will involve. I also gave assignments which will be due next class: be sure to check the Canvas website for more information. I look forward to working with you!
