Hello and welcome to college vidya talks. Today we are here to give our unbiased review about IMT (Institute of Management Studies) Online & Distance University. Moving ahead we will talk about different courses it offers, its average fees structure & placement assistance it provides.

Institute of management technology is an AICTE approved autonomous university which is located in ghaziabad and offers online and distance courses in the field of management studies. The quality of education here is said to be top class & benchmarked by global institutes. The institute offers courses like post graduate diploma in management programme of two years, Post graduate Executive diploma in management programme of 15 months, post graduate certificate in management programme of 13 months and lastly Proficiency Certificate Program in various specializations in 6 months. The fees structure here varies between 27,500 to 70,000 per semester.

With these courses the university has also started with a new program called management development programmes, which has different managerial and marketing courses that can add extra value to your learning.

The programmes here are well designed with extra added edge to technological advantage. And thus the university also offers good placements to its students pursuing online and distance programs. But not much is mentioned about it on their website.

Established in 1984 the university is located in hyderabad. It's a UGC- DEB approved university which implies that all the courses offered here have a valid degree. Coming to the courses it offers there are plenty, it covers bachelors of computer application, bachelors of arts, bachelors of business administration, Bachelors of commerce, Master of arts in english, master of arts in political science, MA in economics, MBA and lastly M.com courses too. The distance university also has various diploma programs in specialization like Investment management, Derivative & Risk management, Global Financial markets, Talent management, Innovation Management, retail management and International Business. The online ICFAI university also provides an onle mba which is of two years, and the fees for it is quite minimal.

Average fees structure in general varies between 75,000 rupees to 1,50,000 rupees for the full course in this university which I could say is quite affordable in  terms of the quality of education it provides.

Other than that, university does provide placement for distance learners as well as regular students. It organizes a lot of workshops and job fairs for students to get into the best college campus placements.

The university promotes distance and online education, while it was established back in 1962. It's a government institution and has all its basic approvals like UGC and DEB approved which makes its degree a valid one.

The courses offered here are bachelors of arts, bachelors of commerce, bachelors of arts honors, master of arts and master of commerce. The university also has different departments in English, Hindi, Sanskrit and other different languages. The fees structure here varies between 3000 rupees to 5000 rupees per year.

The university is a quite famous and popular university in India and abroad and thus has a rich culture of students available. Speaking of the placement cell of the university, the university trains students to help them crack interviews. Overall we are not sure if it can provide good placement in big companies but do have few placement tie-ups.

Manipal Distance Education is a UGC approved university which means all the courses provided by them have a valid existence. The university offers various distance learning programs like BBA, BCA, Bachelors of science, BA, MBA and even M.sc programs. With these general courses it also provides different certificate programs, Super Speciality programs in DM-doctor of medicine and Mch- Master of Chirurgiae. It also has PHD programs, advanced pg diploma programs, fellowship programs and even short term courses.

So you can find all sorts of different programs with different flexibility of duration here. Well that makes this university quite versatile in providing distance education in different subjects. The average fees structure here lies between 16,000 rupees to 21,000 rupees per semester for various courses.

Coming to the placements, it has good tie-ups with big brands and does provide fair job opportunities for all its students. It has also launched a job fair for all its distance students, which will also help stimulate the process of online placement.
