We are your hosts (Dana Vinci and Beth Huck) and we are so excited you are here with us! We have realized as we have aged that we seriously are making things up as we go along and nobody really prepared us for life in our 40’s. We always heard older women say “take care of your skin now”, “a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips”, “ We are going to dig deep and shallow into topics ranging from relationships, families, work, food/drinks, sex, and what hell is going on with my body but all coming from the perspective of someone in their 40ish time of life.
