Colorado Blues

Take a Ride (with me)

Well I’ve been wondering lately

‘Bout me and you; you are my lady What ya’ wanna’ do

Ya wanna’ take a ride - take a ride with me

We could jump in the Jaguar, See what we could see

The drive is pretty, you pretty too

There’s something I’ve been wanting to ask you to do

Wanna’ take a ride - take a ride with me

We could jump in the Jaguar, See what we could see

Go South on Hampden, South on 285

Left on Foxton, Man I Love this drive

Wanna’ take a ride - take a ride with me

We could jump in the Jaguar, See what we can see

Babe when we were younger, the things we would do

We’d take a ride - just me and you

Take a ride - take a ride with me

We would jump in the Jaguar, See what we could see

--DROP OUT--

Well I remember, getting’ my 300Z

We’d drive to Sedalia, you made Love to me

Take a ride - take a ride with me

We would jump in the Jaguar, See what we could see

Babe we’re getting older, you know I’ve been true

I hope you still Love me, you know that I do!

I wrote this song after we moved from Colorado to Illinois - and then Back to Colorado --

The Midwest was a great place to start my business, but the Mountains of Colorado kept calling me back... And, Colorado is where I met Dana !!

This is last week's rehearsal session take ...

Feel So Bad

I wrote this song about Emily Keyes. She touched my Soul as the flight for life helicopter flew over me while I was standing on my deck.

For three days all I could do was cry - cry from deep inside ...

My Wife thought I'd lost my mind.

I never knew Emily, or the Keyes - yet, Emily touched me deeply.

After three days of extreme balling - I wrote this song.

I presented it to the Keyes Family, they created the CD Cover and Insert - and I've given all the proceeds from the sale of this CD to the www.ILoveUGuys.org Foundation... right around 5k...
