As many as 8 people witnessed parts of the missing four minutes in which Thomas Kinslow was murdered. We piece together some of their memories and learn what they remember about the suspect.

Thomas "Tommy" Kinslow, 20, was shot and killed on Nov. 22, 2005. He had just finished his late shift at Hollywood Video and drove the half mile home to his parents' house on Constitution Avenue when witnesses said he encountered another man and the two fought. Tommy was shot five times. His killer has not been found.

In the final episode we return to the questions with which we started--and ask which ones still remain. Where are we left at the end of the podcast with the case still unsolved? We hear again from Nate's mother, and, for the first time from his father, Fraser Czajkowski. What would they say to the witnesses who know about Nate's shooting and haven't come forward – or to his killer.

The police begin to answer our questions. What information are they looking for? What does the ballistics report from the two shootings say about whether they are connected? Are pieces of the puzzle beginning to fall into place?

We track down the friend of Nate's who was reported to have seen him at the Soft Breeze Way shooting and get his side of the story. What happened the night before the shooting? New sources hearing the podcast come forward and provide new information as well as a new theory about what happened that night—and why.

We hear for the first time from one of Nate's friends who also was shot at Albertacos but survived. Where does he say Nate was that night? Were there any signs that Nate and friends were in danger? What does he recall about Nate's last horrific moments?

Other friends of Nate come forward and offer a different picture of him—and a different version of his movements on the night of the shooting. The coroner and his report provide crucial insights into Nate's last moments and the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

We attend a vigil for Nate, held a year after his murder and speak to his parents and friends, those who knew him best. We also listen to his music, which made him such a prominent and beloved presence in his high school for clues as to why he was targeted. New video evidence is uncovered and new questions emerge.
