Best to listen to in a quiet space and definitely not while driving! take some time after to gently return to your day. Enjoy :)
In this 30-Minute episode, Lisa and Joseph reflect on what has been shared by our wonderful guests over the 4 interviews. As usual, we tell some stories, have some laughs and share what landed in for us out of all the wisdom which has been shared throughout our conversations. We invite you our listening guests to reflect on what was an aha moment for you? And as usual to share your thoughts and feedback with us. And as a little hint we are seeking out and lining up our adventure into season 3, and we look forward to seeing what we can explore next…

This is the last in our current set of interviews on surviving and thriving the in the pandemic and in this episode we chat to Marcela Widrig the founder of Fierce Embodiment. Marcela works with the body to release old beliefs, hurts and fears and Lisa attended a number of her workshops when she was here in Ireland, so this is a joyful reunion and a new meeting of kindred spirits for Joseph as you will hear for yourself. An amazing conversation with deep wisdom, insight and shared joy. We end the series on a high for sure!
This week on Colour Outside the Lines we talk with the wonderful Dr. Tara Logan Buckley who is a clinical psychologist who is a rose from the Kingdom County of Kerry. Tara has her undergraduate and masters from UCC and her PhD from Trinity, so we have moved from ancient wisdom to modern science and perhaps surprisingly Tara's insight reveal lots of overlap in the recommendations to keep us grounded and nourished through our uncertain times. An amazing conversation with and amazing clinician full of practical useful tips to keep us thriving not just surviving - we loved it and hope you will too.
Continuing with the theme of being well through lockdown. This week we welcome Alex Rey, hailing from a lineage of Colombian medicine people. During our chat we explore the world of shamanism and how the simple easy to embody practices can bring us back to joy and through life’s challenges. We cover drum making, dance and getting your feet back in touch with the earth.
We hope you enjoy this chat and if you have any questions please feel free to ask us, we would love to hear from you!
