Tell my brief story and how it effected my moves when it comes to being a mother. Single young mothers are strong enough to get through it but we must take pride in the way we raise our children and what we install in them!

Your has its ways of telling you things like for example when you’re full, feeling sick, depression hits you feel sluggish , well even in sex with someone who treats you less than your body will let you know that enough is enough and that person doesn’t deserve access into your temple anymore. They’re polluting you spiritually and physically.

Everyone loves the honeymoon stage but deep down wants to know their partners true intentions. We want to see the good,bad, and ugly!

Stop running into unhealthy coping methods trying to avoid the healing process. Reevaluate your coping methods and decipher if it’s making you better or hurting your mentally and physically.

Why do people treat relationships like subscriptions canceling it after the free trial (HONEYMOON PHASE) is over . People expect it to be cute and bubbly the whole time like what is it?

This year I’m promoting self love. And we’re starting out by making healthier habits so which we can become better versions of ourselves.

We all experience the”Stuck Stage”. We find ourselves repeating the same pattern of toxic behavior. Falling victim to a comfort zone that wasn’t in our plans. Whether it’s relationships (Situation-ships), Jobs , or ourselves. Saying one thing and doing another. We’re becoming easily content with less than what we deserve.

Dating is fun and all but should we be dating if we’re not mentally ready for the ups and downs that comes with?
