I know for many or even all of us girls, we've struggled with the concept of friendship. Often times we find ourselves asking questions like, am I being a good friend? Why am I not good enough? Does she think I'm her best friend as well? What did I do wrong for her to stop being my friend? Or how can I make my friends stay? This is a topic we know all too well as we've experienced the highs and lows of friendships with many people. Join Zabeth, Kristiana, Mindy and I as we embark on a conversation that lends experience and insight on understanding the struggles of friendship and how to pursue a God-filled relationship with one another.

Spiritual warfare, in the Hmong context—with our animistic and pantheistic worldview—has been an issue of epic proportion in the Hmong Church. How do we engage Christianity in light of the Hmong culture we were brought into? How do we deal in spiritual warfare in light of both elements? These are difficult questions that McYoung and I hope to bring to light as McYoung discusses spiritual warfare, the Hmong Culture, and the role of the church in the midst of our struggle to understand how to integrate all three elements.

The purpose of marriage is more than what the world makes it to be. It’s not about two people pleasing one another, but two people who seek to please God within their marriage by partaking as stewards to convey God’s passionate, unfailing, redeeming love He has for us.
Depression. Anxiety. Panic Attacks. Depersonalization. I've felt all of these intense mental emotions, and I still feel them from time to time.
Have you ever wondered how and why people can go through a state of mind so devastating that it brings them to a place of taking their own life? Have you ever wondered to yourself, "How does a Christian ever cross a path so diminishing.. are they even a Christian?"
I hope my season of suffering will shed some light on what goes on in the minds of those who suffer from mental illness; particularly depression, anxiety, panic attacks and depersonalization.

With recent news that Christians are declining in the U.S, Family Discipleship is needed now more than ever before. We see today's culture fighting against the Christian faith and influencing young and old into the Kingdom of Darkness.
My hope and prayer for parents is this...for them to become the spiritual leaders God called them to be in their household. A child's greatest need is not a parent who pretends to be perfect, but a parent who senses their need for a Savior.

Thomas Jefferson stated in the Declaration of Independence, "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness." Scripture tells us that God creates us in our mother's womb by forming the inward parts of our body—knitting us in the womb (Psalm 139:13). If we are "created equal" and "endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"; if we are created in our mother's womb and not at birth, then it is in the womb that one ought to have unalienable rights for life.
