Critic Reviews:
"Riveting, passionate, and powerful ... everything a romance should be." (Amanda Quick, NYT best-selling author)
Members Reviews:
A romance with a plausible story
What did you like best about this story?
Relatable characters with imperfections, not a totally outlandish storyline.
Who was the most memorable character of Comanche Heart and why?
Swift- A man with flaws and strong characteristics, yet a tender heart full of masculine love.
Not the best narrator but good story
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes I have already
If youve listened to books by Catherine Anderson before, how does this one compare?
This is the second book I listened to I like the story and it continues very well from the first book. I wanted to hear more about the people in the first book Comanche Moon and this gave it to me. If the narrator was a little better it would have gotten more stars.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The voice does not match the part of a young girl telling the story she sounds like an old lady.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The ending and climax were exciting.
Any additional comments?
I like westerns and historical novels. If you like those too then you should read this book it is a good story.
Once again, Catherine Anderson delivers!!!
I have long read Catherine Anderson's novels and was thoroughly impress by the audiobooks. The narrator and author deliver a most powerful performance and careful attention is paid to details... I look forward to every book that is written and recorded....
Awesome story
One needs to read Commanche Moon to feel the heart in this story. The author brought tears to my eyes with her deep knowledge of one who has been violated multiple times. Done with heart and style, I think catherine captured the emotional dwellings Amy suffered.
I Hope Catherine takes this a step futher and portrays the daughter who is half breed and what it was like back in the day growing up. I think she will be able to write it well.
wonderful
This book follows on the heels of Comanche Moon.
It is a book that you are sorry to hear it come to an end.
