Hold on tight, folks, because this week's episode is an electrifying podcast episode as I sit down with my friend Derek “The Crucible” Kearney, a true force in the MMA and BJJ realms. Together, we're diving deep into our gritty journeys through the renowned Train Alta program, where we faced challenges that would make even the toughest warriors quake. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Brace yourselves as we fearlessly tackle the raw truth about addiction, confronting the dark specters of drugs and alcohol that can send your world spinning out of control. And we're not stopping there. We're fearlessly venturing into uncharted territory, discussing the reality of being openly gay in the testosterone-charged world of MMA. This conversation is an absolute rollercoaster, jam-packed with triumphant victories, and side-splitting laughter. So, grab a drink, lean back, and prepare for an unapologetically authentic experience that will shatter your preconceptions. Get ready, because it's about to get real, my friends.
