As we wrap up 2022 I just want to ask you all... are you feeding your minds, souls, and bodies what you need to ensure you grow stronger everyday and become the person you envision, as well as reach the goals you have set??...

This is it! This is the time to fly from the nest to your predestined location in life and build...or die in that nest never knowing if you could have made it.

We are in a pivotal time of our history, we need to get back in tuned with one another and restructure that village we lost so long ago. The future of our children's future depends on us.

We have all been going through a series of trying events meant to shape us into who we are meant to be, we are now at the final moments of this phenomenon.

What's more important than you? It's time you showed yourself that love and loyalty you showed too many others. You deserve YOU.

Sometimes "going with the flow" can lead you somewhere you don't want to be. Stop going witht the flow of others and find your own flow.

Stop allowing others as well as yourself to continuously put the energy of the old you onto who you are growing into.
