There are so many voices that desire your attention and are competing for your loyalty. And though you strive to do the “right thing”, those competing voices can make the “right thing” become very unclear. You will find yourself making decisions that do not bring peace because you are unsure if you have made the correct decision. You must ask yourself “WHO ARE YOU LISTENING TO” to ensure that you find peace in your decision and not condemnation and uncertainties.

Often times, we carry the burden of guilt when it comes to taking time for ourselves. We tend to feel that it is wrong and selfish, but the truth of the matter is, if we do not care for ourselves then we will become ineffective in the lives of others. I want to encourage you to learn the POWER OF NO and the POWER OF REST!

Today's episode is all about SEIZING THE MOMENT. Oftentimes, we miss life-altering opportunities that are presented to us because of fear and insecurities. I encourage you to overcome those fears and any obstacles that may have kept you stagnant by grasping your moments with force and confidence. This is your season of no more missed moments!
