I made you a video of the mechanics of devotion because today is Guru Purnima. This Full Moon we honor those who point us back to Ourselves- awakening us from the illusion of entanglement, lack and separation. Whether or not you feel allegiance to a human you call your Guru, I bet you can recognize the touch of Grace in your own Life. If you can’t, and want to- come find me. The more I walk, it becomes irresistible to bow down, to weep with wonder and prostrate at the feet of something greater, far greater than I. That something is disguised as the fullness of experience- teachers everywhere. Beyond theism and atheism, there is a vastness of Grace. A field of Blessings. I have been ushered over chasms and thresholds so many times, I can’t deny the miracle of this being alive.Can you? When have you or I accomplished anything significant without Divine Assistance? What else was guiding you that one day you met that one person who became your dearest…that one phone call, that one whisper from your inner being, the thousand most improbable of encounters, all the signals from Life calling you to itself- saying, here, here…come…I’ll show you the way…That’s the Guru at work. Through your body-world. As It.To activate the field of Grace we need two things- desire and humility. To harness it fully, we need precise assistance, which is rare to find. That’s why on this auspicious day, I’m opening the door, inviting you to come Home to your Self, to become your own Master, by embodying presence, wherever you are- by rewiring how you use your attention at the nervous system level in our yearlong walk together in HOMECOMING.
