The ENTREPRENEURSHIP ECOSYSTEM VARIETY SHOW hosted by Mr Reuben Rammbuda (an Accountant and Business Consultant) and Mr Sam Tsima (Executive Business Coach) continued in addressing The 13 Attributes of Entrepreneurship. Thye were joined by an entrepreneur, Mr Maynard Maesela. The emphasis was on the Attribute No. 1 Creativity in Value Add (November 2020, Episodes 1 - 4), referring to the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC)

Attribute 1: Creativity in Value Add. Entrepreneurship is an art. There is no standard recipe for starting an enterprise. It requires the incumbent to imagine the value they want to add through entrepreneurship. Unless you are curating someone's, value add, you will have to first imagine your own value add. That requires you to be original and creative in doing so.

Transitioning From Development into Professional Athlete - Enduring the Journey of Development and Achieving The Highest Possible Level! That is the theme Coach Pat Tsima, Captain Mposetse Mathole, and legendary Sydney "Metro" Hadebe addressed with their guests, Coach Jose Zeca Marques, and Banyana Banyana player, Molatelo "Modric" Sebata.

Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Variety Show is a weekly show at COMETSA Radio, http://www.CometsaRadio.Com , hosted by the COMETSA DJs/Broadcasters and Hosts who are entrepreneurs in their own right. In this episode we are looking into all the thirteen attributes of entrepreneurship. It was hosted by Sam Tsima (CEO & Executive Coach at COMETSA GoC International Pty Ltd), Tendani Munonoka (from Venda, Limpopo Province, South Africa) and Emmanuel Njang (Francistown, Botswana).

Being Humble and Grounded In The Kingdom of God was the theme of this show hosted by Brother Sydney "Metro" Hadebe, and his Co-Host Pastor Mpendulo Nzimande. They focused on the importance and significance of being humbled and grounded in the Kingdom of God.

COMETSA Radio Podcast is presenting Coach Pat Tsima, the host of the weekly live Sundays Night Sport, Art & Culture Show at COMETSA Radio, in conversation with Dr Alliance Kubayi (Sports Lecturer, Tshwane University of Technology) and Coach Thamsanqa Innocent Mayoyo (Founder/Owner of Ace Auto Ayoba-Yo Academy, and former Orlando Pirates FC goalkeeper.
