For appraisers, getting and staying too comfortable has led to the whole industry being looked at as a profession that needs to be updated and potentially eliminated. Appraisers have gotten way too comfortable with not having to work that hard to get on an appraisal panel, get a little business flowing their way, treat their clients poorly, and still maintain a business. It would seem that is coming to an end and appraisers are freaking out!

It's time for appraisers to apply a little deliberate discomfort to their lives and businesses and get back to what being an entrepreneur really means.
