"People don't know how wonderful yogurt is in eggs. You put a little yogurt instead of milk, and you whisk it up a little pepper and salt, and then you pour it over all of that, all those veggies. And then when you see that it's getting really pretty halfway cooked, you flip it. And then you have basically this upside down omelette that is so delicious. It's got an egg base and it's got all these beautiful vegetables looking up that are kind of crisp."
