So I love to cook, it helps me to just unwind and relax and what better way to enjoy the company of people than sitting around chatting while taking your time to cook something that smells and tastes great. So join me while we cook together.

In this episode, I’m a little relaxed and sleepy so while I talk about a couple of really happy news items they lead me to recall a few pleasant memories.

I hear the light sound of the crickets outside so I keep the window open and just hit record. The soothing noise is really nice and I thought hey, let's just go with it. We can pretend you are sitting with me on this Melbourne summer night, just relaxing.
