Vivía en constante movimiento, trabajo y una vida muy ocupada, pero ahora vivo en sacha calma que se siente súper extraño, mi cerebro y sistema nervioso no están acostumbrados a esta paz. Estoy aprendiendo a crecer en la calma y recablear mi cerebro y mis creencias.

Hello my desmadre souls! In this episode I want to share with you my growth in a calm state! As well as sometimes we just have to accept to look like a fool when we try something new but the alternative is always leave in your safe zone and have many regrets for allowing your mind to limit yourself.

Bueno en ese episodio te platico de lo tranquila que me la eh pasado en casa y como mi systems nervioso y mi cerebro no están acostumbrados a esto… hay veces que me siento como si no estuviera haciendo nada con mi vida o me siento mal de no andar corriendo todo el tiempo! Parece que normalize tanto el vivir en modo sobrevivir todo el tiempo que se me olvidó por completo como se sentía la calma. Mi cuerpo no lo reconoce y mi mente me quiere alertar que algo anda mal; por estar tan tranquila, pero mi verdadera voz interior me recuerda que es este mi verdadero estado; La Paz y La Calma ❤️

Hello!!!! In this episode I want to talk about my experience at Cardi B concert!!! It was such an amazing experience and it’s amazing how this woman keeps showing up, sold out!, created such an amazing vibe and it was just so inspiring!

The power of showing up for YOU not for anybody else but for YOURSELF, the power of keep going no matter what, she’s a boss !

This is personal growth. I know in this podcast I talk about healing and how everything I’ve been going through has helped me to be better and get better and that includes THIS. The ability to have fun, the ability to allow myself to experience everything as a human being!

I want experience, connections, excitement and happiness! Spiritual doesn’t mean limited beings; it means constantly expanding your mind, your experience as human !

Don’t robbed yourself from the wonderful experiences just because you are afraid of people judging you. It’s ok to be you and is ok to get out there. Remember that when someone judges you it has nothing to do with you but it’s a reminder to others of their cage (their mind created) don’t be afraid of being you ❤️

Omg! Este episodio está inspirando en mi concierto que fui a ver a Cardi b! Ósea todo lo que esta mujer pasa y su show sigue siendo espectacular! No importa el dolor, el ser mamá y con corazón roto ! Sigue siendo ella y es un movimiento de empoderamiento que me motivó y al igual saber, que no por ser espiritual o que estemos en proceso de expandir nuestra mente significa que no podamos disfrutar estas experiencias! Somos humanos y estamos aquí para experimentar eso mismo! Atrévete a ser tú y si la gente te juzga es algo que refleja el trabajo que ellos tienen que trabajar en ellos no en ti ❤️

In this episode I talked about how quitting sometimes it feels like the next step after not showing up or failing at something new or hard, but we can CHOOSE to continue even if we aren’t perfect showing up everyday ! We are here just for the human experience and sometimes life happens but that’s just life. Just continue showing up anyways. Do it for yourself and change the whole wiring of your beliefs and your brain !

En este episodio te comparto lo mucho que a cambiado mi vida bien drásticamente por el hecho de trabajar en mi, cambiar mi perspectiva y de hacer el trabajo interior en mi. Cambiando uno mismo si puede cambiar lo que uno vive día a día.

Te comparto la importancia de enfocarnos en las cosas buenas y en las experiencias que estamos aquí para disfrutar y no para pasarla mal!

Hello my desmadre souls this episode is very close to my heart because I talk about the transformation that I am experiencing around me just by shifting my mind and doing the inner work. I never experienced it this big in my life but it is true that when you shift and evolve, everything around you also changes. I was in a very dark place and I thought there was not outlet, to the point of almost accepting that’s what my life was , but my inner voiced guide me through the process of healing, and showed me the way out. Now life is beautiful again and things around me are changing for the good. I hope my journey can help you if you are going through something similar ❤️ just know you are not alone.
