The concept of coming out is something that the LGBT+ community has had to do for years. Although, letting people know that you're not "normal" and having to formally announce it isn't always the best experience. 

In this final episode before the finale, Effy details her own journey with coming out, and comes out publicly online. In  a riveting discussion about what needs to change in and outside of the LGBT community, and the adversities we've had to face just by being ourselves, Effy asks the question: Why do we need to come out? Will the world ever be safe enough for us to NOT have to come out?
