The concept of coming out is something that the LGBT+ community has had to do for years. Although, letting people know that you're not "normal" and having to formally announce it isn't always the best experience.
In this final episode before the finale, Effy details her own journey with coming out, and comes out publicly online. In a riveting discussion about what needs to change in and outside of the LGBT community, and the adversities we've had to face just by being ourselves, Effy asks the question: Why do we need to come out? Will the world ever be safe enough for us to NOT have to come out?

Have you ever wondered what happiness IS? What it means? How to get there?
Ephie definitely has. Exploring the concept of "happiness" and what it means, Ephie, with the help of her friend Katie, breaks down our obstacles to happiness, the easiest way to achieve it, and the secret to long lasting positive feelings (maybe, kind of, in the most human way possible).
While we don't understand the human brain too well, we DO understand ourselves. And, really, maybe that's the key to understanding our own personal satisfaction.

Death is something that touches us all. But, how does the death of one person affect the world of everyone around them? Why does it touch us all differently? If death touches us all, how come we all still grieve alone?
Ephie came into this episode asking one question: How did my dad's death affect you? And, everything that comes with death, grief, loss, anger, questions, confusion, hatred, it all gets unpacked by Ephie, and her family, and her friends who were all touched by the loss of her father.

Ephie explores the concept of perfect relationships and romance in this episode. She talks about the turbulent start to her own relationship, and tries to come to terms with what "real love" is.
"See, this isn't a love story. Not really. It's a life story. A terrible, harrowing life story that turned into a love story of two broken people supporting each other during the worst times of our lives."

In this new series, Ephie dives into the magical world of the enneagram. The enneagram is a psychological personality typing test that identifies your core fears and desires, your basic traits, and points of improvement to strive for.
In part two of this series, Ephie sits down with someone from each enneagram type and has long conversations with them about their existential fears, their motivations, their desires, to see if they actually do fit their enneagram types, and how it impacts their daily lives.
This episode features some awesome guests (in Ephie's opinion, which is obviously the best opinion) like Connor Adams, host of Awkward Segway and Roll for Talk Show, and Ephie's mom (who is lovely and definitely worth listening to this episode for).
