September is National Suicide Prevention Month.

This episode is about asking for help and in this episode we dive into asking for help BEFORE you are feeling desperate.  You don't have to be sad enough, sick enough, depressed enough, scared enough to reach out for help.  Now is the time.
If you feel like something is missing, then reach out to a Life Coach, counselor, friend, family member or the suicide hotline if you need help.  There is no shame.  It is I sign of strength to reach out for help.

Have a chat with your children about reaching out for help, no questions asked, whenever they are feeling like they might need extra support.
