I Am My Sister's Keeper is a call to all women to walk in love and compassion for each other. It's celebrating sisterly love and the willingness and commitment to stand in the gap for each other. 

Break the chains that's hindering you to achieve your goals, be the person you want to be and live the life you desire. Breaking requires work and intention. It is the determination to believe and apply action to what you believe. Breaking is not passive, but an aggressive stance to do what it takes to sever ties to anyone or anything that is holding me back.

Are you in the right position to receive what you're hoping for? Do you need to breakaway from old ideas, beliefs, surrounding, people or things? Sometimes to get into position you have to get uncomfortable. Uncomfortable doing things you haven't thought of before. You may need to strategize a new plan. You may need to partner with others to achieve your goals. Positioning requires you to let go of control and trust God. 

Are you a Mother, Daughter, Niece, Aunt, Employee, Godmother, Caregiver, Entrepreneur and/or passionate business woman? If you fall into these categories you feel the pressure to succeed. The pressure to overcome, push forward and deliver with expectancy and accuracy. Well, in this episode I briefly discuss those pressures and welcome you to listen to spark a conversation with yourself. 

What does it mean to have confidence, to own your identity and embrace your uniqueness? Being unique isn't a curse or something you should shy away from. Being unique means to own your DNA and confidently embrace the YOU God created. 

Life is not without tests. We experience tests various area of our lives such as relationships, family, traumatic experiences, grief, loss, and so much more. We feel stretched to exhaustion and frustration. We will survive the test with faith, wisdom and determination. 

When we feel discouraged we tend to make decision that will cause us to abort or birth our dreams, goals and purpose prematurely. Develop steps to help you overcome feeling discouraged. 

We're all juggling multiple roles in our lives. The responsibilities are endless; however, we are struggling to stay a float. Balance is the one thing that can help us from sinking into depression, anxiety, fatigue, exhaustion and burnout. 

No one wants admit fulfilling purpose is exhausting. Just like many experience mental and emotional fatigue, there is purpose fatigue.
