We have a habit of wanting to do lots of things, then not doing those things, then worrying about not doing things, then worrying about spending time worrying.
Instead of continuing down this anxiety void, we (Amber Petty and Ashley Ward) will try to tick off the to do list of our minds, one little goal at a time. Each week, we'll pick a goal for each other, give that goal a try for seven days, and report back.
Join us every Monday as we chip away at anxiety and maybe accomplish a couple things.
We're not trying to hustle. We're not aiming for the stars. We're just aiming for average.
