Host Sandy Raper is an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher based in North Carolina with two decades of teaching experience. Sandy has received extensive hours of training with Rolf Gates, completing 200- and 300-hour certifications under his guidance. Sandy has also completed another 300-hour certification through Yoga Medicine® and is recognized as a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist. Sandy offers a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as, provides continuing education workshops and training as a YACEP.
