Redwood responds to an article he stumbled upon which denounces astrology, stating it is not a science; he also tells the story of his name change. More entertainment and less deep astrology material, however Redwood does incorporate reflections on the Sun Sign column technique, the basics of the Rising Sign horoscope technique, and reasons why there are common misconceptions around Sun Sign stereotypes. Redwood shares insights on the decade of the 2020's, in an effort to understand the greater evolutionary process we are collectively going through. Following the 2024 USA election, perspectives are shared on the evolutionary forces at play, how the stage has been set, and why we are entering our greatest period of accelerated change we will see in our lifetimes, climaxing in 2028. New perspectives on Neptune in Aries, Uranus in Gemini, & Pluto in Aquarius as an agent of collective change, the awakening of the people, a progressing global vision of true social security, and new motivations to participate at the grassroots levels, whether this is local or regional. Recorded on my iPhone in Taos, New Mexico, on Monday, October 14th, 2024, this talk explores some ideas I've been batting around and talking with others about for some time. Specifically, I get into our own relationships with the psychology of evolution within our psyche and the ways our desire and intention to evolve, and use of astrology itself, can become a trap. Within the Evolutionary Astrology paradigm, this could show up as how we view our "progress" in working with a skipped step or planetary pair. What is shared here is a perspective shift that I do hope is helpful for some to take another step towards self liberation.
