The thing about young players is that you can never expect consistent results. Not without commitment. You cannot expect commitment without making things engaging. You cannot be engaging unless someone is already at least a little bit committed! It's a constant circular situation when teaching, coaching and guiding the next generation.

The reflections on what's working and what isn't. All of that stuff is important, but the most important part of all of that, no matter what side you're on, is intention.
