Music. It's what most people usually think of first whenever someone talks about worship. As we finish our series on worship, at last we look at what the Bible says about music, and how it can draw us to God.

If you look around at our world, you'll find an enormous amount of creativity. Art, music, business, design, cooking, and a thousand other things are examples of people MAKING things. Where does this creative spark come from, and how can we harness it to give back to God as an act of worship?

When we hear the word "worship", it's easy to think about singing, but have you ever thought about telling your story as an act of worship? Have you ever thought that prayer can be worship too?

Have you ever given a gift to someone and not gotten thanked for it? Have you ever showed up to surprise someone, only to get a cold reception? Sometimes, if we're not careful, we can do the same thing to God.

Often in church circles, we're encouraged to get involved, to help out, to "serve". When we do we have a choice: will we serve out of mere duty or guilt, or as an act of worship?

Ever have that feeling that someone is being nice to you with mixed motives? Ever think that maybe we go that way to God?

Sometimes a preacher will say "giving is an act of worship", but is it really?

All throughout the Old Testament we see a theme of sacrifice. Beyond the offerings and altars, what is the point of all of it, and how does it relate to the New Testament and our lives today?
