This week we began our Christmas series at Church On The Rock titled Good News.  We see Mary sing a song of declaration upon hearing the news.  That song was about how God was mighty, God is holy and God is merciful.

Generosity is one of the marks of a fully devoted follower of Jesus.  Jesus said, “where our treasure is, there our heart will be also.”  So our heart will follow our treasure!  Therefore, we should invest our treasure in the Kingdom of God.

This week we looked at the parable of the talents to illustrate the importance of using what God has given us for His glory.  Our talents are one of the things that helps us understand our purpose.  Understanding God’s purpose for our lives helps us fulfill our destiny.
