“Original Intent” is a concept wherein one seeks to understand the meaning of the document as written and as ratified. “Judicial Activism” is a concept wherein the Constitution is viewed as a “living document”. Therefore it can be based on existing cultural practices and generally accepted societal dogmas. Understanding the difference between the two is critical.

When it comes to issues such as Covid, environmentalism, and terrorism, President Biden consistently refuses to mention China. This is surprising for numerous reasons. For one, there's mounting evidence suggesting that the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 was created in the Wuhan lab in China.

Biden mentioned that his administration is working closely with the World Health Organization and COVID Vaccines Global Access (COVAX). They've shipped more than 160 million doses of the vaccine to some 100 countries. Who is paying for this?

Finally, Biden announced a “code red for humanity” and pledged to finance $100 billion “to support climate action in developing nations.” The money, of course, will come out of Americans’ pockets. In this instance China is considered a “developing nation.” So lets also make this clear, we are borrowing money from China and then giving it back to them!

Tempers have been escalating at school board meetings this year more than ever. So much so, that Biden's Department of Justice issued a directive to the FBI on October 4th, instructing them to prepare cracking down on upset parents in attendance. The order was issued in response to a complaint from a leftist group. One can only assume that those targeted on the FBI’s list will be those against Critical Race Theory and transgender men in woman’s sports.

Calling the FBI to handle such matters goes against the Constitution. It's clear that the local police is the proper authority to call in these cases. To add insult to injury, the FBI has had a very dark, disturbing past.
