It was on sale I didn't sold it online it was on sell in on Amazon you could download it it's hardback paper back or as a digital Kindle download. It's sold very well it's in Amazon's top hundred books for the first 2 weeks and we've almost raised nearly 5000 pounds for domestic violence charity which has been fantastic. Good evening people from Sweden. It is the 20th of February 2012 and the temperature is just about zero. It's very dark. Winter is still here. I'm doing this iPadio blog to talk about something that it's kinda bit of a shut for me really and that's the situation about public courtesy. Now I know that it's not an interesting subject but for me it is because in the last week I've been in Sweden for a year coming from the UK and in the past week I have finally got all the paperwork and all the legal documents out the way so I'm now fully resident happy Swedish citizen. You know this mean to drinking coffee doing all the Swedish thing that Swedish people do which is fantastic taking me almost 2 years of get everything done but brilliant, it's all done. Perfect.

Dude. Morning everyone from Sweden it is the 12th of January 2012. The weather outside is very gray and wet all the snow is melted that we had in the last few weeks and I think that winter is over. We didn't have the big one that we did the previous year where the temperature went down to minus 25 but spring is just around the corner so that's a good thing for me. Good afternoon everyone from Sweden. It is the 30th of December. I hope you had a fantastic Christmas. It was good here a bit strange because it was up normally humid for this climate here. Last year we had temperature at minus 20 almost and run about a foot and a half of snow. It was plus 6 plus 7 here still cold but a bit ought not to see Sweden which you associate with snow for Christmas. So it was a bit strange. Good morning everyone who listens to my blog. I am going to talk about something that affects me a lot today and that is the lovely subject of insomnia. I was speaking to a friend of mine in London a few days ago who asked me if they if I could help them because they've had a few sleepless nights. Basically they said that they suffer from insomnia badly. We got to the point and then it kind of got me thinking you know I just said to them how much have you had and ___ in the last 2 nights I've only had 6 hours sleep now first thing I ___ I don't think you're an insomniac I think you've just have really gone to bed too early or working up too late and yup they admitted that they went to bed early and now people that know me well know that I suffer from chronic

Good morning everyone on a very overcast Friday. It's autumn and the weather's getting a lot colder here in Sweden. I haven't done an ipadio(?) blog in a few weeks but I wanted to do one on a very personal subject. The last few weeks I've been kind off to social radar a little bit maybe through travelling and just being busy writing my movie script. In the last few weeks, a few friends of mine have lost people in their lives and I just really wanted to talk about how people deal with grief. It's gonna be a very sad or depressing blog but it's really just a way of kind of valuing making life the best it can be and just just appreciate in everything that we have.

I'm just watching the verdict of the Meredith Corcher(?) trial on BBC. I just wanna say amazing coverage by BBC news. Really poor coverage by Sky which is something I thought I'd never said cos I think Sky has got one of the best news forecast around but the BBC had excellent coverage. Just out here watching the the appeal for the last 25 30 minutes. The verdict obviously just come in the ___ had been found not guilty. Making acquited of the murder of Meredith Corcher(?) back in November 2007. I've been following the trial since day 1. I've been ___ blogs about it. I've been doing Ipadio(?) blogs about it.
