1. God calls us to uncomfortable situations and circumstances for His greater purposes and our good.

2. Our identity is based on what we believe. What we believe is determined upon what we expose ourselves to.

3. God's love is relentless. He will seek us out where others  would not go to redeem us.

Sermon Outline

1. The Holy Spirit is a gift from the Father and the Son.

Some of his attributes include:

- The Holy Spirit helps you when you need to bear witness to the gospel.

- The Holy Spirit comforts, advises, encourages, and strengthens you.

- The Holy Spirit draws people to the gospel.

- The Holy Spirit convicts you of sin.

- The Holy Spirit sets you free from the sins you struggle to overcome.

- The Holy Spirit bears witness that you are a child of God.

- The Holy Spirit helps you to abound with hope.

- The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

2. The Holy Spirit lives in those that put their faith in Christ. He is a guarantee of the finished and sufficient work of Christ – Eph.1 and 2 Cor.1.

3. The work of the Holy Spirit is many. But it is ultimately about pointing you to Christ and magnifying the love of Christ in and through your life
