Kris Franks started Franks Realty International after reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. “Real estate is a great business and a great way to create significant wealth.”
He recently purchased a 1964 retail strip center and renovated the property himself. He targeted a tenant mix of “Amazon-proof” businesses. He now enjoys long-term tenants and steady cash flow.
