I have never forgotten this and it feels like it was advice she was giving directly to me.

PINK was referring to her decision to include acrobatics in her performance which included her singing upside down as she flew across the stadium.

If you have ever seen her do it you would have thought she was born like that.

As she explains it scared the crap out of her and that's why she knew she had to do it.

The energy of being scared is different to the energy of fear.

One is an invitation and one is a memory.

In today's episode I share how this week I was scared and how my body responded. It is a hold your hair back kinda situation...

What was making me scared? What makes you scared?

What if the impact you knew you were here to make in the world never eventuated? Would that scare you?

It scared the bejesus out of me.
