Wow!  Its Episode 100!  I am in awe and grateful to have shared all these Cosmic transmission episodes within a year timeframe of launching my podcast.  And I am grateful to you for listening.

This is a special episode that was also featured in one of 444 Media’s podcast family, The Womanly Way.  I had a fun, engaging conversation with my beautiful co-host, Lala Wang, on spirituality, frequency, and energies.  Toward the end of the episode, I did a powerful brief exercise that is heart expansive to connect with your soul purpose.
