This is the first solo episode I have done. Since being a Personal Trainer I get asked these questions a lot and its one of the biggest problems people run into when they are trying to lose weight or work towards a fitness goal. Especially with all off the information on social media these days people are falling for these quick fix diets that are a waste of time and money and end up making people form a bad relationship with food.
