On this Episode, I talk with Shane Hubbard.  Shane is a certified fitness professional through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, and holistic lifestyle coach through the CHEK Institute. He has been a professional in the fitness industry for 5 years, working both in-person and online as a fat loss coach. He specializes in helping busy and traveling professionals stay healthy and lose weight on the go. Shane has a knack for taking complex concepts in fat loss and making them practical for the everyday hardworking person to understand. He is also great at motivating people to rise up and get better every single day. 

On this Episode, I talk with David Hooper.  He is from Nashville, TN and is known for his work in the music business, but made the switch over to the podcasting world in 2005.  He now helps entrepreneurs build their businesses and grow their audiences helping to sharpen the message to be relevant in the podcasting space.  He is the author of the book Big Podcast.  This book helps guide you on how to grow your podcast audience, build listener loyalty and get everyone talking about your show.

On this Episode, I talk with William Damon.  Mr. Damon is a professor at Stanford University and one of the world’s leading developmental psychologists and authority on morality. His most recent book, The Path to Purpose: How Young People find Their Calling in Life is a fascinating read that piqued my curiosity since I deal with young people on a daily basis. We talk about how people can find their purpose and make their lives more meaningful as well as topics dealing with revolutionizing the education system.  It was an honor to have him on as I had been looking forward to our conversation for a while.

On this Episode, I talk with Nate Bardak.  He was born in Buffalo, NY, but has been residing in Florida since he was 10.  He has had some interesting jobs along the way with one that has included Hawaii and most recently has become a supervisor at Gabro events as a wedding and event planner.  He’s a part of the big beard club as he sports one of the more impressive beards I’ve ever seen and he’s always gone to the beat of his own drum.  I have known Nate for about 2 years and we have always had some interesting conversations and this one is no exception.  Check it out !!!  

On this Episode, I talk with Cecile Thomas.  She is originally from France, but now lives in Canada.  She is known as the LOAve Coach.  LOA stands for Law of Attraction, mixed with ‘’love’’ because love, just like gratitude, is one of the highest vibrations in the universe and tuning in with this feeling sets the process of manifestation in motion. She helps everyday Wonder Women who feel they are nothing special and settle for what they have to tap into their creative power, become their best selves and create their own definition of freedom and success with the universal laws.  We talk about coaching and how life has a tendency to lead you where you need to be and the power of manifestation.

On this Episode, I talk with Jovan Glasgow.  Hailing from Antigua and is a motivational speaker, life coach and entrepreneur in the space of professional and personal development.  His personal vision is to end the acceptance of mediocrity by challenging, inspiring and empowering every person that he comes in contact with to become the greatest version of themselves. H believes that every single person was created on purpose for a purpose, they just need to be empowered to unleash it.  He has created an organization called TEOS (The End Of Suicide) which covers more than just the term as we all know it.  We get deep into a few topics that we are both passionate about.

On this Episode, I talk with Dr. Jake LaVere.  He is a Chiropractic Physician and is one of a select few in the United States that is a Certified Microgate USA Specialist.  He is currently developing numerous injury prevention protocols for use in professional sports organizations, including the Tampa Bay Rays and USA Baseball.  He helped create the TUCK method of rehab (Training Under Cognitive Kinematics) which is currently in a 2 year study at USF with their neuroscience department for a fall prevention program for early onset dementia and Alzheimer's.  He also volunteers with a local autistic school helping to develop purposeful movement with the students.

We discuss mindset, growth and a few interesting stories from the table.  He is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and has an incredibly infectious laugh.  Enjoy !!!

On this Episode, I talk with Sol Krieger Dennison Eagle Road. He currently lives and works in Japan as an English second language teacher.  We talk about his upbringing from the Midwest to the West to the East and the Far East.  His story is very diverse and he presents it with great perspective and humor.  He shares his experience living on a reservation, a complete loss house fire and a very interesting story that happened to his brother in a bathroom abroad.

On this Episode, I talk with Lisa Smith.  She is the author of The Angry Parent book, the Peaceful Parent group and the course that goes along with it as well as a parent coach.  We talk about how anger can get the better of us not only in our daily lives, but as parents as well and how to deal with it.  We discuss parenting styles and where those come from and how they come into play when it comes to parenting.
