Welcome back to the Unlock The Genius Within podcast, today I am speaking about the structures & principles to effectively communicating with people who have big egos.
The reality is people have both, a big ego and a big heart, regardless whether they are aware of it or not. It's on us to see it and to be in a structure that will help us speak directly to it. Because when we do, AMAZING outcomes are achieved in what are sometimes very brief conversations.
