How is the program communicated before the launch, how is the program communicated during the life of the program?
People who are participating in the program have to understand the Why? of the program. Why is this program being implemented? What is the company trying to achieve with this program?
Communication will allow the organization to talk to the company objectives, goals, and values. The awards should be reflective of this big-picture view.
This is an opportunity for companies to communicate what they want for their employees, not what they expect from their employees. I.E. feel recognized, know that they have a purpose and meaning in their work, feel happy and healthy.
