He is the Founder of Communion Nation (CN), a global interdenominational Christian ministry headquartered in Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Zambia.
Communion Nation is in partnership with Joyful Chapel, a Pentecostal charismatic church founded by Reverend Joseph Mutale, Apostle Chipasha Mutale's father, and headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia.
Apostle Chipasha Mutale also serves as an associate leader to Reverend Joseph Mutale and as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Coordinator of all Joyful Chapel's assets and financial operations.
