*The 8 S's for Success in Business*
1. S - is a Scriptural test... Has GOD already spoken about it in His word?
            2 Timothy 3:16
2. S - the secrecy test... New York Times Test or The Wall Street Journal Test... If you were
to do something, and it was known by everybody, immediately, would you still do it?
            Proverbs 11:3
3. S - the survey test... When you're thinking about doing something, how would you feel if
everybody followed your example?
           1 Timothy 4:12
4. S - a spiritual test... Am I being pressured by the world, or am I being Spirit led?
          Follow me as I follow Christ
5. S - the stumbling test... Could this cause somebody else to stumble, in some way?
          Romans 14:21 - "You really don't want to cause anyone else to stumble, in any way"
6. S - the serenity test... Have I prayed and received peace about the decision?
          Philippians 4:6 and 7
7. S - the sanctification test... Is the thing that I'm considering doing, will it keep me from
growing in the character of Christ? Or, will it help me in growing in the character of
Christ?
          2 Corinthians 3:18
8. S - the Supreme test... Does it glorify GOD?
         1 Corinthians 10:31

Teams put us in a position where the anointing of God flows greater because wherever there is genuine core unity, there will always be a more excellent supply of God’s Spirit in advancing His Kingdom. (Psalm 133:1-3). Just because a group of people comes together in the same place does not make them a team.
Do we all understand our part is vital to the whole?
Are we poised in confident humility because we value the work of the Holy Spirit through us?
Does everyone have a spirit of expectancy in execution?
These are just a few things that build inner team strengths in the esprit de corps!
