Dr. Walters teaches Hermeneutics and Old Testament studies at the University College. His publications include Water For Larsa (Yale Near Eastern Researches 4) and numerous articles in biblical studies. He has taught at Knox College, University of Toronto and Central Michigan University and has been a parish minister.
