The state of so many aspects of our lives can be traced back to the rhythms that form them. Jesus gave his followers a chance to establish a rhythm that led to a sense of rest deep within the soul. How do we get there? This week we're talking about the best way (and day) to start your rhythm of rest.

Have you ever broken something that can't be fixed? Have you ever been in a situation when "sorry" doesn't make it better? Have you ever messed something up that'll never be the same? This week, we're talking about what grace does with our broken pieces.

To start the series, we talked a lot about God's grace–the fact that God is in your corner and there's nothing you can do to get him out. Now, how do we go from believing that it's true to living as if it were true? How does it move from the head to the heart? How does this life-changing idea become real to us?

Where does God stand when your situation "hits the fan"? When you've blown it, when it's your fault, when you've been caught and it's time to pay the piper, what does God have to say?

Our circumstances are often unfair, illogical, and unexpected. Is there something we can do to avoid becoming bitter, angry, burnt out, and hard?

What do you do with your worry? Is God in control? Are you? This week, we're talking about the most common disturbance of peace.

We have a problem–it's in our heads, in our homes, in our churches–and it's disturbing the peace.
