For our March theme “Built By Her,” we’re highlighting women who turned their ideas into purpose driven businesses.

Meet Shatiea Stewart, entrepreneur and author who began her journey in 2020 with a commitment to personal growth and accountability. She is the creator of The Cupa_Tieaa Workbook, a guide designed to help individuals break 87 bad habits and replace them with better ones, encouraging people to show up for themselves daily with intention and discipline.

Shatiea also founded The Fruit Of The Spirit, a brand focused on 100 percent natural fruit juices, promoting healthier lifestyle choices and the connection between mental wellness and physical nourishment.

Her work reminds us that building something meaningful starts with believing in yourself and taking that first step.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can build… is the life she refuses to give up on.
