Plant the Seed. Reap the Harvest. | The Collective Experience with Charity
September is about planting the seed and preparing for the harvest.
In this episode of The Collective Experience, brought to you by the BrwnGrlz Collective, we sit down with Charity, a professional in the financial industry, for a conversation about growth, finances, opportunity, and the seeds we plant today that can shape what we harvest tomorrow.
From building a stronger financial foundation to understanding the importance of preparation and making intentional decisions, Charity shares insight from her experience in the financial industry while connecting it to our September theme: Plant the Seed. Reap the Harvest.
At BrwnGrlz Collective, we believe conversations can plant seeds too. The right information, connection, or perspective today can become something much bigger tomorrow.

What’s really holding people back… fear or comfort? For our March BrwnGrlz Collective Book Club we stepped outside and asked the community two questions inspired by our read Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes.Do you think fear holds more people back… or comfort What is something you’ve been saying no to… that you might need to start saying yes toThe answers were honest… reflective… and a reminder that sometimes the life we want is sitting right on the other side of one uncomfortable decision. This month’s theme is Built By Her… and every woman has had to build something in her life… confidence… independence… boundaries… or a completely new version of herself.Join the conversation with us and tell us in the commentsWhat is something you’re ready to start saying YES to?Watch the full BrwnGrlz Book Club conversation now on YouTube and CTR Media Network.BrwnGrlz Collective Community Culture & Conversations📚 BrwnGrlz Book Club meets every second Monday.Follow us to stay connected to interviews, community conversations, and upcoming live discussions. For collaborations or advertising opportunities [email protected] brwngrlzcollective.org#BrwnGrlzCollective #BuiltByHer #YearOfYes #WomenWhoBuild #WomenSupportingWomen #BookClubConversation #SayYesToYourself #CommunityCultureConversations
Built by her… for herself.
For our March theme “Built By Her,” we’re highlighting women who turned their ideas into purpose driven businesses.
Meet Shatiea Stewart, entrepreneur and author who began her journey in 2020 with a commitment to personal growth and accountability. She is the creator of The Cupa_Tieaa Workbook, a guide designed to help individuals break 87 bad habits and replace them with better ones, encouraging people to show up for themselves daily with intention and discipline.
Shatiea also founded The Fruit Of The Spirit, a brand focused on 100 percent natural fruit juices, promoting healthier lifestyle choices and the connection between mental wellness and physical nourishment.
Her work reminds us that building something meaningful starts with believing in yourself and taking that first step.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can build… is the life she refuses to give up on.
Follow @Cupatieaa to support her journey.
