The early Church was, indeed, great. But what exactly made the early Church so great? Whatever they had, we need it AND we should want it!
Pastor Duane Harney reveals the kind of courage necessary to be a Christian in a world that is hostile towards the name of Jesus and His followers.
Many have deemed the Church as "non-essential," and even some within the Church have expressed a disappointment with - and have openly opposed - those who would reopen their churches at this time. But what does God have to say about this? Is church essential?
In order to be a kinsman redeemer, one had to meet certain criteria: 1) He must be qualified, 2) He must be able and 3) He must be willing.
To redeem us...
Jesus was qualified by His birth. Jesus was able to redeem us. Jesus was willing to pay the price to redeem us - freely laying down His own life for us. Only Jesus is qualified.
No matter how bad you may have messed up and no matter how bad things may get, just cling to Jesus and everything will be alright.
Pastor Duane Harney provides information related to re-opening our church this Sunday, May 10th! To view our re-opening guidelines, please visit communityharvest.church/guidelines.
