Local CCP staff (or experts they recruit) deliver information and education on: •stress management and coping techniques •problem-solving skills and connection to community services/resources •building resilience now and for the future I will host webinars and live streams on not only on health and wellbeing but other topics that will give us options to just get away from all the serious talk. Sometimes we just want to find other ways to cope through the common struggles and just find ways to move forward. We are here to show you how to make a mark in your life and to those around you.
