We can't express enough that even though its easier to ridicule yourself than to love yourself, you need to treat yourself the same way you lift up and treat others. You would never talk to your friend the way that you talk to yourself in the mirror! Instagram is a highlight reel, comparing someones chapter 8 to your chapter 5 is wasted time and energy. You are not your instagram feed.
